- Agent-level configuration for Email and SMS, enabling Free-Form, Template-Only , or Combined messaging modes to match your compliance and workflow needs.
- Agent Desktop UI updates streamlining transfers, contact history, preview dialing, and multi-match handling for smoother interactions.
- Enhanced digital inbox and voicemail experiences, providing a cleaner, more intuitive message management workflow for agents.
The upgrade process is designed to ensure a smooth and disruption-free experience with coordination during the overnight hours between 12AM and 3AM ET.
