You can create new script pages and set script properties using the options available in the Design tab. Alternatively, you can modify or update the stylesheets using a script (Script) built using Javascript to create the pages.

Creating a Script

1. Log in to the LiveVox/SmartReach portal.
2. On the  Configure tab, click Agents > Agent Desktop.
   The Agent Desktop window appears.
3.  Click the Designer tab.
4. Select the required Designer Desktop from the drop-down list.
5. Click the  (arrow) button.
   You are directed to the Designer desktop screen.
6. Click Scripter > SCRIPTS tab.
7. Click the New button.
   The New Script window appears.
   
8. Specify values in the following fields:
   • Name: Specify a name for the script.
   • Type: Specify type for the script.
   • Description: Specify a description for the script.
   • Client Default? checkbox: Specify by checking or unchecking this box.
9. Click Save.
   The script is created, and the Design subtab appears to enable you to design the script.
