Unlocking a User
If you enter incorrect credentials while logging in to the LiveVox Portal (LVP), you will be locked out of the application after a certain number of attempts. Your account must be unlocked before you can log in again.
Only Sysadmin users can unlock the locked user accounts.
To unlock a user:
- Log in to LVP as a Sysadmin user.
- Go to Configure > System > User.
- Double-click the user you want to unlock. The Confirm window appears.
- Click Yes.
