You can log in to your LiveVox/SmartReach portal by using the portal link and client code (a unique identifier for your specific portal) provided by SmartReach.

Logging in to the SmartReach Portal

1. Access the SmartReach login window by using one of the following links provided by SmartReach:
   • https://portal.na3.livevox.com/<client code>
   • https://portal.na4.livevox.com/<client code>
   • https://portal.na5.livevox.com/<client code>
   • https://portal.na6.livevox.com/<client code>
2. Specify values in the following fields:
   • Client Code
   • Login ID 
   • Password
     
3. Click Next.
   You are now logged in to your SmartReach Portal.
